How started the relation Golf- Real Estate in the region?
When the Costa del Sol experienced a renaissance in its winter golf in the 1980s, the phrase was coined and called “Costa del Golf” sounds like reference to “Costa del Sol” right ?. It is a golf course with 18 holes, which is located on the beach in Motril. It is a 10 minute drive from the farm, Monte de los Almendros, where many villas for rent and sale. The setting is beautiful with the sea on one side and the snow covered Sierra Nevada mountains to the other.
- Santa Clara Golf
Santa Clara Golf was inaugurated in 2006. It is less than 40 minutes from the villas and Salobreña. Prices vary depending on time of year, they can be regularly in a range of 25 to 52 euros. There is also a club with a luxury spa, fitness center, indoor heated pool and outdoor pool.
